What would you have me know today?  What is a good topic for today?

Where ever you are ~ BE in that moment.  If you are feeling down you can go in and look at it.  You can even cry a thousand tears and release it.  If you are feeling up then be IN the “up” and be grounded in it too.  If you are in-between then BE there.  The idea is to stop avoiding and to really be a part of your life.  This seems funny when you think about it:  how much we try to avoid our actual lives and the living of such.  This can happen in sickness and when we avoid being fully present during things we don’t particularly enjoy (traffic, work, etc.).  Let us take the time to invest ourselves and BE in our bodies and feel the experience of all we do.  Instead of “tuning out” ~ let’s “tune in” ~ as they once said repeatedly in the 60’s.  Now is a time to be fully present for now is a time where many energies are swirling around and we want to be more “in our bodies” so we don’t “loose our marbles,” if you will.  It is easy to blow our tops, is the idea here, BUT if we are really HERE in the now, the chance for that happening is much less.  Another idea relating to this would be less multi-tasking and more focusing on the job at hand (or the communication, the relating, the living).  This may seem like it will slow you down but it will better keep you focused and on-track so do try to notice this today as well.  Less tuning out and less multi-tasking and less doing all those things we do to find escape.  Why escape this?  This is your life?  LIVE IT FULLY and with so much love in your heart and gratitude for the experience.  GOOD LUCK!  And have a Blessed Day.  LOVENLIGHT!
