A BIT OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF VENDING KARMAFEST, IN GENERAL:
Each KarmaFest just keeps getting better and better for both participants and vendors alike. Of course, in the year of 2020 we had to cancel all KarmaFests, and all events, actually. In 2021 we had GREAT SUCCESS in both our KarmaFest UNITY 15th Year Celebration Event at Steppingstone in Havre de Grace, MD, and KarmaFest at Hip Gypsy over Labor Day Weekend in Chambersburg, PA. Attendance was more than we expected for both, and everyone was so happy to gather again for KarmaFest. We are super grateful for these two shows which have solidified the want and benefit of such festivals, and the love of KarmaFest, in particular (the vibe, the venue, the vendors, the volunteers, the classes, the food, and the performances ~ but mostly THE PEOPLE! You ~). Also, 2022 and 2023 were great years for KarmaFest as we added KarmaFest “Summer Sun” in Delaware, and had most excellent events at both KarmaFest UNITY in Maryland and KarmaFest Hip Gypsy in PA.
Throughout the years we typically hear back from participants who express their sincere gratitude for the KarmaFest experience. That is why we have the festival – for the participants. Our goal is to help spread the word about yoga and meditation, as well as other holistic and psychic modalities, in an effort to bring people on the path and/or move them onward and upward. The more we do this work, the more we see its importance. We have found a staggeringly high percentage of KarmaFest participants go on to becoming practitioners themselves (yoga teachers, reiki and shamanic practitioners, readers, healers, etc.). We are spreading the light and increasing our numbers on the path. Please help us continue to do so. We are well aware that we could not have a KarmaFest without the financial support of you, the KarmaFest Vendors (as well as the sponsors). So to you we express OUR gratitude to allow us to keep moving forward with this work.
With all that said, we hope you consider becoming a KarmaFest Vendor. The cost to be a KARMAFEST VENDOR starts at only $250. Service vendors, such as massage therapists, reiki practitioners, reflexologists, psychics, and the like, can charge whatever they wish for their service, in whatever increment they would like – i.e. $30 for half hour of reiki; or advertise specials, such as a 10 minute foot massage for $15. Product vendors also do well at KarmaFest. We have testimonials from KarmaFest vendors saying that one day at KarmaFest has broken their sales records for any one day in business (in over 20 years) – increased by over 50% during one of our festivals! For KarmaFest Summer Sun in Delaware several vendors approached to say they had over $4,000 in sales over the festival weekend. We do want our vendors to be successful and believe KarmaFest is a great place to show your wares and promote your practices. And this occurs even after the festival as participants often ask for vendor contact information to follow up on sales and services.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
KarmaFest 2024 “UNITY” will take place on June 22nd and 23rd, 2024 at Steppingstone Museum at Susquehanna State Park in Havre de Grace, MD (Harford County ~ just north of Baltimore). KarmaFest UNITY has always been our largest attended event with the highest numbers of vendors, performers, and participants. This is our 18th year for this show. This venue, Steppingstone, is truly perfect for our “Big Show,” UNITY. The space is varied for vending opportunities with two Indoor Spaces (The White Barn and The Carriage House), Pavilion Spaces in the Vendor Pavilion, as well as countless Outdoor Spaces around The Main Stage, along The Walkways, and in The Healing Village. Therefore, this venue is perfect for any vendor whether they enjoy Indoor Vending, Outdoor, or something in between (Pavilion).
Vendors can now sign up for an INDOOR SPACE, PAVILION SPACE, or an OUTDOOR SPACE for this amazing show!
KarmaFest Unity INDOOR USING TABLES/CHAIRS PROVIDED $450
Spaces are APPROXIMATELY 10 x 8. KarmaFest is never a convention style setting, so we create excellent spaces in a variety of ways (i.e. a typical “corner spot” is not always the best spot, when it comes to vending a KarmaFest show). We will use your information (who you are and what you do) and shall place you in where we see best for flow. KarmaFest has had over 40 shows in their history, so we are good at “production;” let us produce ~that’s what we do (i.e. vendors don’t get to see a map and pick their spots). We create the layout and that typically does not happen until show time depending on a variety of factors; weather being one and numbers of vendors are also factored in. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS SPACE AND THE ONE BELOW IS THIS VENDING OPTION INCLUDES A TABLE (APPROX 8 FOOT TABLE). Vendors are required to bring their own table coverings.

Spaces are APPROXIMATELY 10 x 8. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS SPACE AND THE ONE ABOVE IS THIS VENDING OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE A TABLE. Vendors are required to bring their own table/s and table coverings.

KarmaFest Unity READER’S INDOOR SPACE $350
Spaces are APPROXIMATELY 10 x 4 using your own card table or smaller table set-up. We will have a row of readers/intuitives/healers who do not require the full depth of a merch vendor set-up. So you will be approx. 10 feet across, though your depth will be limited to 4 foot deep. You can even use a standard 6 foot table; just know you won’t have the 10×8 depth as a more square vending space. You will just basically have a “table-top” which is all most readers need. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS SPACE AND THE ABOVE IS THIS VENDING OPTION DOES NOT INCLUDE A TABLE, AND IS FOR READERS AND/OR VENDORS WHO DON’T REQUIRE 10X8, ONLY. Vendors are required to bring their own table coverings. It is recommended to use a card table for this space, or a 6 foot or smaller table, OR possibly an 8 foot narrow table.

KarmaFest Unity PAVILION SPACE $300
Pavilion Spaces happen in The Vendors Pavilion. This area is in a central location, close to the food, which is a draw, and near The Healing Village. Spaces are APPROXIMATELY 10 x 8. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR PAVILION WITH CEMENT UNDER FOOT AND A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD (the sides are open so you may be influenced by the weather). YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE AS MANY LARGE PICNIC TABLES, which are usually housed under this pavilion, or you can use your own tables, or use a combination of the pavilion tables as well as your own. Pavilion Space is an excellent idea for this time of the year for those who wish to be outdoors but not as subjected to the weather as would be under a canopy.

OUR THIRD ANNUAL KarmaFest Summer Sun Fest at Hudson Fields takes place on August 3 & 4, 2024. This has been the most fun and freeing KarmaFest location to date and we expect even bigger crowds than we had over the past two years at Hudson Fields. Our initial breakout year in 2022 gave us an unusually high number of attendees for a first-time show ~ attendees coming from all throughout Delaware and surrounding states. THIS Summer Sun Fest is at a PERFECT Location FOR KARMAFEST. Near The Beach, in Delaware ~ just a few miles north of Milton, entering the Lewes and Rehoboth Beach areas. Hudson Fields is a very popular venue, highly visible from Route 1, Highway One, the main entranceway to the Delaware and Maryland Beaches. Hudson Fields hosts large concerts and VERY SUCCESSFUL festivals. This venue is a blessing for KarmaFest! Let us make our Third Annual Summer Sun at Hudson Fields another great success as we bring KarmaFest to this welcoming state and location! Having YOU there, KarmaFest Vendor, helps make this happen! AND WE CAN TENT CAMP ~ lots of time at the fire circles and drumming last year ~ was a blast!

We are excited to once again combine forces with Hip Gypsy Emporium, a unique eclectic store-front set in an Old School House in Chambersburg, PA (IT IS SO COOL!) for our FIFTH YEAR of KARMAFEST at HIP GYPSY! Hip Gypsy hosts several festivals each year at the space in and around their schoolhouse shop, and once again we are adding KarmaFest to their line-up! We missed 2020 KarmaFest at Hip Gypsy due to COVID though our weekends at Hip Gypsy in 2021 and 2022 and 2023 were an Amazing Success for a festival in this area. IT IS JUST A PERFECT SET-UP FOR A FESTIVAL WITH FIELD CAMPING!
All vending for this show in Chambersburg, PA is outdoors using your own tent/canopy, table, chair set-up, and The Hip Gypsy Emporium will be open for business too, during the event. Canopies and vendors spaces will be located on asphalt and you can even stay overnight Tent/Field Camping Friday night, after set-up, as well as Saturday night, during the show. THERE HAVE NO ACCESS TO ELECTRIC, FYI
Vendor Spaces are approximately 10×10 and all cost $250 which includes camping for two people. The festival is for both Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day Weekend with break-down on Sunday, between 6 and 8pm, after the show.
