Living is the physical expression of spirit. Loving is the heart centered expression of living. We are all alive now because we all harness chi or life-force energy in our physical form. When the chi is gone we are gone. Everything that is, has energy/chi. Even when our physical form decides it wants to stop “living” on this plane, the chi from our spiritual being continues on. Our bodies are just a vessel for our spirit but as a vessel we need to care for it to the best of our knowledge. When we honor our bodies and provide for its daily needs (adequate food, good water, lots of rest) it may last for 100 years, however, the will needs to go along with the plan. This is what happens as quoted in Louise Hay’s work. If our will is one of sadness or anger or resentment, that shows up in our bodies and affects its health and longevity. Our chi becomes blocked in certain places; it cannot flow and nourish us properly due to dis-ease. Help yourself and your body and the environment around you. Hold no resentment or anger or even doubt or self loathing. When you do you will live longer and share your chi with the world. And for a big dose of chi, might I suggest loving (others, yourself, the world).
