A warm and sunny Sunday is a perfect day for these things. Mind is the builder: we create our future, our day, our life – in our heads first. Where is your head these days? Focused on a loved lost? Focused on a rejection letter? Focused on what your mother said to you when you were ten years old that you still believe about yourself? It is not true, you know, what she said to you: for you are a piece of the divine one – you are perfect. The potential of you is unlimited and divine. Change your mind and change the future. Change your mind by changing the script you play in your head. Feed your mind with words that make your heart sing: “I am beautiful, I am smart, I am capable and able and oh so ready to create my true heart’s desire. I’ve got the will and the way and a new mind-set to help me move forward with love and laughter. “
