KarmaFest UNITY ~ Our Big Show.

Both being the last of their kind and UNITY being the very last KarmaFest in the history of KarmaFests!

POTENTIAL VENDOR, PLEASE NOTE: FOR OUR LAST TWO KARMAFESTS PLEASE BE REMINDED THERE ARE NO RAIN DATES AND ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.  ONLY OPEN-HEARTED, KIND, AND LOVING VENDORS NEED APPLY.  Any vendors complaining, grumbling, threatening (or worse) during a show will immediately be escorted out without refund.  Vendors are an important face of KarmaFest.  If you are unsure whether you have it in you to remain kind and compassionate THROUGHOUT the show, please do not apply, as this festival is not for you.

Winter Solstice Celebration Event!

The KarmaFest Winter Solstice Celebration Event takes place on Saturday and Sunday, December 21st and 22nd. This is our SIXTH and FINAL YEAR for this fun and free event (this is our only free admission KarmaFest). These past five years have been a great success for this winter event as we also collect toys for homeless children, which we plan to do again this year. Lots of attendees at this great location for this wonderful cause: holiday toys for homeless children and a chance to gather with like-minded folks during The Holiday Season.

10:00am–10:00pm SATURDAY and 10:00am–8:00pm SUNDAY

VENDOR OBLIGATIONS ARE FROM:
10:00am–8:00pm SATURDAY and 10:00am–6:00pm SUNDAY

$375 for both days. Space Size is approximately 8ft wide and 6ft deep. We do have tables and chairs, or you can bring your own! Set-up is on Saturday Morning, from 7am–9am. And don’t forget to donate to The Toy Drive!

KARMAFEST UNITY “The Big Show” ~ Which is Also The Last Show!

STEPPINGSTONE MUSEUM AT SUSQUEHANNA STATE PARK
Havre de Grace, MD | (just north of Baltimore)

GENERAL INFORMATION:
KarmaFest 2025 “UNITY” ~ The Big Show will take place on June 28th and 29th, 2025 at Steppingstone Museum at Susquehanna State Park in Havre de Grace, MD (Harford County ~ just north of Baltimore). KarmaFest UNITY has always been our largest attended event with the highest numbers of vendors, performers, and participants. This is our 19th AND FINAL YEAR for this show, and for KarmaFest, in general. This venue, Steppingstone, is truly perfect for KarmaFest. The space is varied for vending opportunities with Indoor Space in The Carriage House, Pavilion Space in the Vendor Pavilion, as well as countless Outdoor Spaces around The Main Stage, along The Walkways, and in The Healing Village. Therefore, this venue is perfect for any vendor whether they enjoy Indoor Vending, Outdoor, or something in between (Pavilion).  

Vendors can now sign up for an INDOOR SPACE, PAVILION SPACE, or an OUTDOOR SPACE for our Very Last KarmaFest Ever ~

KarmaFest Unity INDOOR USING TABLES/CHAIRS PROVIDED $450
Spaces are APPROXIMATELY 8 x 8. You can bring your own tables or use one of ours.  Chairs will be provided GRAB YOUR SPACE ~ THESE ARE OUR MOST POPULAR SPACES AND LIMITED

KarmaFest Unity PAVILION SPACE $400
Pavilion Spaces happen in The Vendors Pavilion. Spaces are APPROXIMATELY 8 x 8. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR PAVILION WITH CEMENT UNDER FOOT AND A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD (the sides are open so you may be influenced by the weather). YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE AS MANY LARGE PICNIC TABLES, which are usually housed under this pavilion, or you can use your own tables, or use a combination of the pavilion tables as well as your own. GRAB YOUR PAVILION SPACE ~ THESE TOO ARE POPULAR, AND LIMITED!

KarmaFest Unity OUTDOOR SPACE $275
Outdoor Spaces happen throughout the festival grounds. You will need your own canopy or tent, table, and chair set-up. You are guaranteed a 10×10 space.
AN OUTDOOR VENDING SPACE IS PERFECT FOR KARMAFEST!

KarmaFest Unity OUTDOOR DOUBLE SPACE $400
Outdoor Spaces happen throughout the festival grounds. You will need your own canopy or tent, table, and chair set-up. You are guaranteed a 10×20 space.

KarmaFest Unity OUTDOOR TRIPLE SPACE $600
Outdoor Spaces happen throughout the festival grounds. You will need your own canopy or tent, table, and chair set-up. You are guaranteed a 10×30 OR 20X20 space.

KarmaFest UNITY FOOD VENDOR $400
Food Trucks and Other Food Vending (especially healthy foods!) are welcome and will need to gain a Temporary Food License from Harford County Health Department and be in compliance with their requirements. You are guaranteed a 10×10 space.

KarmaFest UNITY FOOD VENDOR DOUBLE SPACE $650
