What is a good topic for today?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are one. This is often the topic for the day. We (the oneness of THIS PLANET) could really use the understanding of this idea at this particular time in our existence. As you contemplate ONENESS today, at the same time, do enjoy this life you lead. Do enjoy your healthy body and mind; your soulful spirit. If you are feeling \u201cless than healthy\u201d in any of these (the trinity: body\/mind\/spirit) take note of what, when and why, and give some encouragement and love there. This is easy to do! Find the feelings of LOVE and sense them, feel them, and enhance them, and send THAT energy to where ever you need. NOW you are enhancing SELF and the enlightenment and enhancement of self is SO IMPORTANT right now! Your happiness and health IS important! It doesn\u2019t take much to turn ourselves around into healthy and happy inhabitants here on planet earth! Sometimes it seems like it takes a lifetime but with practice and patience and diligence and DRIVE and super-belief! ~ it happens. Feel the love in your heart and send it to where you need to. Feel your belief that you are whole and perfect! Send encouraging words to reflect these beliefs! If you find they don\u2019t feel or sound believable . . . keep practicing! Sometimes we just need a bit of practice, a bit of patience; a sense of strength and entitlement. You ARE entitled to happiness and health while here on planet earth. Believe it ~ it is your natural birthright. YOU ARE PERFECT! BELIEVE IT. WORK TOWARD IT EACH AND EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY. Soon you won\u2019t need to work at it, though often, you may need to be reminded of who you REALLY ARE. Part and parcel of the divine ~ the wholeness of oneness ~ the Great I AM.
