What would you have me know today?\u00a0 What is a good topic for today?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Everyone needs time to process change.\u00a0 Everyone needs to look within at times and create a \u201cnew you;\u201d a \u201cnew me.\u201d\u00a0 Do know that as we heal and as we come into new knowledge, there is a processing that often is required.\u00a0 If you feel tired or sick or in a need to be \u201calone,\u2019 this could be a sign you are processing.\u00a0 Allow time for this and \u201cgive yourself a break\u201d so that we may re-gather and regroup before stepping into a new way of being.\u00a0 All is fine when it comes to whatever you do with your day and with your life.\u00a0 Your body will tell you when it needs to rest and your mind often does the same.\u00a0 Sometimes we just need a \u201cbreak\u201d before moving forward.\u00a0 These times (for regrouping) can be made lovely when we just \u201callow\u201d things to happen in \u201ctheir own time.\u201d\u00a0 Spiritual and mental\u00a0 healing can take time, just as physical healing.\u00a0 See?\u00a0 Also, sometimes spiritual healing and \u201cmind changing\u201d takes the form of physical dis-ease, and therefore healing, as well.\u00a0 All is perfect; all is fine in this regard.\u00a0 Do give yourself adequate time.\u00a0 Do allow the changes you\u2019ve experienced recently to be integrated within your trinity of mind\/body\/spirit.\u00a0 We are here for learning and growing so it is okay and even important that we take time for ourselves in such circumstances.\u00a0 You are perfect.\u00a0 Respect yourself enough to give yourself time.\u00a0 Self-love and care are important during these transitions so don\u2019t forget it!\u00a0 LOVENLIGHT !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
