You are you and other people are other people.\u00a0 But there is a \u201ccross-over\u201d if you will.\u00a0 Many feel the pain and anguish of those around them:\u00a0 they \u201cpick up on it,\u201d if you will.\u00a0 This is not yours to carry so do look at that: recognize it for what it is, and then let it go.\u00a0 A room full of happy people often allows the rest in the room to be happy, so in those rare cases that is a nice example of the cross-over of energy.\u00a0 When people are stressed then we notice a great stressing happening in and around our systems:\u00a0 mind and body.\u00a0 Let it not over ride your joy in living; let it not affect your spirit.\u00a0 So the idea here is how much to take on when it comes to other people\u2019s energy.\u00a0 Continue raising and keeping your energy high vibrational, regardless of those around you and how they may be feeling.\u00a0 At the same time allow love and kindness to permeate their being, from you to them, as a gift.\u00a0 If that feels too weird then just say a prayer for \u201cthem.\u201d If that still feels too weird, do say some affirmations for self to stay in \u201cyour loving space.\u201d\u00a0 Lastly, when you are out and about and the energies seem dense, difficult and scattered, do notice that these energies are outside of you.\u00a0 Most importantly, try not to judge others who are being \u201cswept away\u201d in the mayhem.\u00a0 We know not what they are going through.\u00a0\u00a0 Send them love and stay in your love-space.\u00a0 \u201cNo judgment\u201d is the key here.\u00a0 This may appear difficult, at best, especially when people are acting up and acting out.\u00a0 Again, stay in your love space, without judgment, and proceed forward in your happy rainbow lighted world.\u00a0 LOVENLIGHT!
