What would you have me know today?\u00a0 What is a good topic for today?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Life is perfect when you let everything else go and BE in each moment.\u00a0 So often we try to do other things to keep our focus away from the moment at hand, when all we really need to do is remember to BREATHE and there we shall BE:\u00a0 in the moment, see?\u00a0 Life is perfect like that.\u00a0 So often, especially during holiday-confusion or stress, especially during traffic or a bad day at work, especially when we are not sure what we are doing, we try to do something that comforts us so that we can \u201ccope.\u201d\u00a0 Let\u2019s stop with the coping and start with the LIVING.\u00a0 Breathe deeply and go within.\u00a0 See the world around you for what it is:\u00a0 a place to nourish you and feed your soul.\u00a0 Remember that we are here for a reason.\u00a0 You may not know what that reason is and you may get frustrated at the \u201clack of transparency\u201d in this regard but do remember:\u00a0 you are important, your actions are important and your thoughts . . . they are even more important than you could ever imagine.\u00a0 Maybe it is all a joke; maybe it is all a game.\u00a0 We don\u2019t know what \u201cit\u201d (life) is but somewhere deep inside you, there is a faith and a knowing.\u00a0 Go there and breathe.\u00a0 Feel the essence of the one true spirit\/mother\/provider\/life-force energy.\u00a0 \u201cTouch base\u201d with your soul and higher self.\u00a0 Remember who you are:\u00a0 a spark of the infinite oneness; the whole greatness of being.\u00a0 Remember.\u00a0 Remember.\u00a0 Remember to breathe and live and BE.\u00a0 No time for just \u201ccoping\u201d ~ more time for living in this very instance of perfection.\u00a0\u00a0 Despite the \u201chassle\u201d and traffic and holiday stress there is something bigger; much deeper; much more loving inside you.\u00a0 Breathe deep and go there.\u00a0 Smile.\u00a0 All is well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
