When you feel lost and without direction just stop and breathe. Oftentimes we sit and think \u2013 trying to think things through. But when we are lost and without direction, that takes place more in our hearts and our souls; our minds may be the last to figure out the issue. Ground yourself by imagining you have a grounding cord running from the base of your spine down into the earth where it branches out and branches out like the roots of a tree. Ask that all the energy that does not serve you goes out of these roots down into mother earth where it will be cleansed. Repeat, repeat. Breathe, breathe, breathe. With the energy blocks out of your body you will be better able to listen. Let your body\/heart\/soul tell you what moves you should make next. You will see glimpses in visions or dreams or \u201cknowings\u201d. Sometimes you will know what to do because it feels like your heart has already made the decision and is miles ahead of you \u2013 just waiting for the mind to catch up.
