There is so much unseen and most people feel that if something is unseen it does not exist.\u00a0 You cannot see\u00a0 (with the naked eye) aromas, but they exist, you cannot see electricity, but it exists, you cannot see the love of the higher realms, but it exists.\u00a0 You can always find evidence for these things, however.\u00a0 For example, you smell a waft of cinnamon and then notice a cinnamon stick in your coffee, you \u201cuse\u201d the electric to power your instruments and when you don\u2019t have it you cry like you can\u2019t live without it (when for so long humans existed just fine without it).\u00a0 The evidence of the higher realms exists too, in everyday synchronicities, gifts of the spirit, communications with those who have passed over, the sparkling eyes of a child, the rushing of a spring brook, the clouds, the wind, and the sun.\u00a0 \u201cUse\u201d the higher realms so you are reminded of its existence each day.\u00a0 The simplest way is a direct connection to source through meditation and prayer.\u00a0 If that doesen\u2019t work for you right now, find other ways to \u201cclear\u201d and correct yourself (your alignment, energy, frame of mind) to get you to a place where you can pray and meditate again.\u00a0 This can be done through yoga, walking in nature, forgiveness, letting go of fears and stress, energy work (reiki, chakra work, massage) and love.\u00a0 Using the higher realms enriches your life, just as does a hot cup of coffee with a touch of cinnamon.\u00a0 Enjoy each day my friends and blessings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
