When you are living your life, creating your experience here on earth, you often notice themes about where your life has taken you. You allow those themes to define you. This is oftentimes a false and non-beneficial way to see yourself. Just because your actions were more of one variety than another, in the past, doesn’t mean you will ever need to create that action again in the present. We are not one straight line that remains constant: constantly over eating, constantly slow and lazy, constantly dramatic and self-destructive. Your path can “switch up” at anytime. You could have been on a path that has been hard: full of hills and turns and foul weather. That does not mean that you cannot (very easily) turn onto a road that is straight and flat and easy. Don’t be defined by your past “road”. Never be defined from your past actions.
