What would you have me know today?  What is a good topic for today?

We are perfect just the way we are.  Right here, right now, everything is perfect.  Sometimes we feel we are not enough and that the world needs to change and we need to change and all is “going to hell in a hand-basket.”  That is fine.  We can work with those ideas.  Let us first work with self and getting self “on track” to feeling at one with the universe.  Combining the trinity (body, mind and spirit) is a good place to start.  Our minds may be going in one direction where our bodies feel something different and our spirit has a “bigger plan.”  STOP.  Just close your eyes and breathe.  Come to your heart-center and breathe there.  Just imagine you’re breathing in and out of your “high heart.”  Notice the body calm down.  Notice the thoughts calm down.  If they don’t, then perfect:  just keep breathing.  Allow the thoughts to come and go ~ maybe there is some processing that needs to take place there.  Notice the “negative pattern thinking” that occurs in your thoughts.  Turn them around with beautiful words to self.  Give self affirmations of loving kindness as you would to a stranger in need.   You are perfect.  Life is beautiful.  You are beautiful.  You are enough.  This moment is enough.  Keep breathing and let go of “all that does not serve you.”  Ask for this internally ~ for all that does not serve you to leave your mind/body/spirit system.  Breathe and repeat as often as necessary until you feel an ease.  Ask for the integration of the systems:  body, mind and spirit.  Ask for protection after clearing the energy in and around you.  Be brave.  Remind yourself how brave you are.  And strong: believe it!  Keep breathing and you will eventually live it.  Regardless, all is perfect, as are you.  The above may just help remind you of this fact.  You are perfect.
