What would you have me know today? What is a good topic for today?
Come down. Come down from the clouds into your heart. Come down from your head into your heart. Leave the commotion and find your focus on your heart space of love and light. This sounds simple to do and/or it sounds fantastical, but in reality it is a practice. We can practice living from the heart space by placing our focus there. Oftentimes our heads are out in the ethers or we are constantly in thought mode. Sometimes we are “out of our bodies” completely. This is easier to happen these days with the change of energy/vibration/situations. So again, just a concept here, and one that needs to be practiced but a good practice for today: BREATHE. Again, sounding silly sometimes and too simplistic to work. BREATHE (anyway). Let the thoughts go. BREATHE DEEP. And again comes the thoughts of doubt, ego; blame. Release and BREATHE. Connect to your heart. Let the rest go. Find YOUR space of connection and stay there for a minute as you BREATHE. This is not a reward for “living in this chaos.” This is a daily practice that can be sustained throughout the day. When we “go there” and we “breathe there” and we connect there, we feel good, we feel right, we feel like our soul-selves, full of heart; full of love. Let us find ourselves there as often as possible today. Let us connect. Let us be liberated from the chaos around us by finding our heart and living from that sacred space of LOVE. And LIGHT. It is our birthright. We CAN live from this space. Go there and BREATHE. Enjoy! In – Joy. AMEN.
