What would you have me know today? What is a good topic for today?
Stay strong in the mind/body/spirit trinity and all is well. There is great fear-based programming in the country these days and the best way to move away from living in fear, and living IN LOVE, is to strengthen your system. This can be done with meditation, yoga, loving/kindness, and self-care. We often forget self-care during times of stress and dealing with “issues,” but as has been said before, each of us cannot help another or perform at our best, without self-care. All of this (meditation and yoga and prayer and self-care) is not just for you, it is for the planet. For as you improve and maintain YOU, the better for the planet as a whole. Release YOUR judgment; find YOUR heart; be in LOVE WITH YOU AND YOUR LIFE, and all will be fine. If and when your thoughts dip below that of enthusiasm and joy, please do work on self and find that joy within. Living from joy and love is a great place to be. Sometimes we think we don’t deserve this while others are suffering but I assure you the best way to help others in suffering, and help the WHOLENESS OF ONENESS is to help thyself. Then you can share it with others. If you have it not, there is nothing to share. It is as easy as that. Stay strong in your trinity of mind/body/spirit by clearing the energy centers, the chakras. Take time to clear your auric field and where you live and work and play. All is helpful in this regard. Stay strong for you are the light of the world. Strengthen it and shine it out for all who needs it (and many need it today). Kindness and compassion comes from your heart and a clear mind. Hence the self-care to get you prepared.
