When we feel lost and alone, we have lost our connection: our connection to source and to our fellow man. That is why helping others can bring people back from depression – because by helping others you plug yourself back into the human pool of energy. Inclusion churns the chi: inclusion in the waves of the evolution of mankind into a more sophisticated species, inclusion in the energy flow of the dance of human interaction with the animal kingdom, inclusion with the rocks and plants and things evergreen by simply walking barefoot on this gorgeous earth. Exclude yourself and you wilt like a flower without water.
Some may exclude themselves from their fellow man and still sit quietly on the hillside and meditate – he will be nourished by the sun and the source. Others may forget about mother nature but dance to wild abandon with their friends, nourishing themselves in the waves of musical energy and chi. Some do it all: open themselves up to understand and commune with their fellow man, are connected to source through prayer and meditation, commune with nature by taking time to enjoy its beauty and listen to her messages, and dance on the clouds of love.
I pray that is you – for there you will find experiences to fill every cell of your being with love and gratitude for life. Just remember to share what you’ve found and say thank you for the experience.
