The heart is a vessel. Like a vessel, a boat, it holds those who are important to you. Your heart and you help carry these people on their journey. Those in your heart vessel know/sense/feel your support: they become lighter, buoyed, because of it. Loving them keeps them safe from the current. Praying for them takes them out of the water and into the sky. Protect your people by loving them and keeping them safe in your heart/vessel. Pray for all humanity so that we move up in ascension.
