What would you have me know today? What is a good topic for today?
All days are lovely ~ it all depends on how lovely you make it. The idea of feeling good and feeling happy lays (mostly) with the individual. Each of us, when “trained,” has the ability to turn their feelings around, to make themselves “better,” and to live in the loving embrace of life and the world. This sounds simple but it is not ~ it takes great practice. The idea here is that YOU DO have much ability in how you “feel” during each and every day. Many people pick up “other energies,” outside of themselves, and those energy effects the mind and body. So again, looking at that, deciding if those feelings and thoughts are coming from you, and if so why, and if not how/why and then make a conscientious choice to resolve, change and elevate that which you perceive as your life and your interactions within it. ALL is PERFECT! I am healthy. I am happy. I can do anything. See how these thoughts seem to elevate, in comparison to say, “I am sick, I’m so unhappy, I can’t do anything.” Yes, there is a great difference. So DO use your tools. DO find strength from within and change your “without” by using positive affirmations. DO meditate, do yoga, stay vigilant in your practice. DO find something to be grateful for today; there is always room for that. DO rest if you need to. DO be kind and loving. DO never EVER give up hope. DO stop any negative self-talk. DO laugh and be joyous. LOVE AND LIGHT and have a lovely day! God Bless.
