These are difficult times for many. Of course there is the usual holiday stress and/or blues, but this year may be different for a good many people. We are awakening and yet there is such a dichotomy still remaining in all we see around us that the contradiction doesn’t feel very pleasant in our body/mind/spirit. We are coming into new understandings, as a people, but most are still invested in the old ways. Freedom? We can almost taste it: but it is not here. Peace? We can feel it in our hearts and in our circles, but as a general rule, in this world, we are not yet there. Love for all our brothers and our sisters? Someday, we can only pray. If you are someone who sees the changing times and are excited at the thought of ascension to higher consciousness, but are frustrated by the lack of understandings of these concepts when dealing with others while in your day to day world (at work, grocery shopping, driving down the street, even looking on facebook), please be strong. Why? You are the first to believe, the first to “get” these concepts, which makes you the core of the movement. If you get dissuaded, how will the others be able to change? Please stay strong.
