You are a jewel. Actually, you are more like jewelry: a beaded necklace of different gemstones or even a jewelry box FULL of gold and silver and sparkling diamonds. You hold different elements about you that make you shine. Some days you may pull out the silver bangles and dance; on other days, the crystals to study; on other days the gold to bind your heart with another. There are many elements to you and all are gems. Sometimes our shiny parts become rusted, broken, damaged, and we forget about them. That may be fine if you’ve grown out of that part of yourself. Maybe jumping rope or playing soccer were things you’ve shined at in the past but have since let go. That is okay. Just pick these up to remember them and put them back in your box. Other jewels were hurt and should not stay damaged: your voice, your heart, your core being: these things need to be repaired. If not, you are not living fully. You may need to find an expert. You may be too attached to want to change these things, but others can help you. And it may be a quicker fix than you think. Then you can shine brighter with gems at your core, your heart, and your throat, shining out to the world, signaling here I am! I am beautiful!
