There is always a chance for learning and growth. We experience a great bit of expansion during our childhood and adolescence, and many want to stop right there – but there is no need to! There is so much to learn here on this terrestrial sphere; the amount of information is infinite, as is your ability to gain it. And it need not be work; it should be fun and exciting: you are expanding – it is life, growth, reason for being here. We need not stop there, however, for we can grow and expand in more places than the cranium; how about the heart? “But I’m already busy learning,” you may say, I don’t want to “have to” do more. That is a sad attitude – for if we really truly have any desire of expanding- it is from the heart space where we can truly shine. And all you have to do is love, give, pray, appreciate, and be open. Or in other words – love. Try it out every day, in every way. Make a new gesture, feel a new connection, laugh with a child. Expanding your heart is the lesson we are really here for – so place your focus on your heart space today and watch it grow and glow.
