If you’re happy and you know it . . . express it in the physical (clap your hands, stomp your feet, shout hurrah).  If you are not happy, whether you know it or not, try to remember to express it through your physical body too – release the emotion from the physical, for if you don’t then a build-up of unhappy will occur.  Like will attract like and unhappiness will consume thee.  Emotions come and go and having them go is a good thing.  Harboring anything is not helpful.  Being a clear channel is our goal.  We can’t be a clear channel if we hold onto our stuff – like a pack rat, a hoarder – things get messy and cluttered and ugly.  A clear channel is clean and clear and fresh.  It reflects and amplifies the light.  It allows you to navigate in the darkest of times.  Process out your old hurts and pains so when the new arrive they don’t just get added to the pile like dirty laundry.  If you work as a clear channel, the new pain/hurt arrives and the light shines on it and we process through it – recognizing and expressing emotions surrounding it, releasing it from our bodies, learning from it, grounding it down, and moving on:  onward and upward; every day in every way.
