There is no need to define yourself by others; no comparison is needed. You are you and they are they and each is important and perfect in their own right. Work together, yes. Live together, yes. Help and heal each other. We are all of one body: humanity. We all breathe and sweat, and laugh and cry. One is not better than or more important than or not good enough than. All are needed in this giant chocolate bar called humanity. There are lots of different ingredients to a chocolate bar and each grain of sugar, raisin or nut is vital to the whole. Breathe in: feel the breath filling your lungs and expanding; breathe out and allow all that insecurity and feelings of separateness and “not good enough” to filter out of your body for it does not serve you. It does not serve you because it separates you from the pack. We need you to be a part of the whole, so don’t separate yourself. Others are suffering and they need your help, your kindness and love. They don’t care that you’ve put on a few pounds; they don’t care that you have wrinkles. All are needed I guarantee you. All are precious and should be treated as such. Love yourself so you can love others.
