Peace. Peace to you in your heart and in your body. Peace to you in your thoughts and actions and interactions with others. Peace is not something you need to gain, attain, but rather something that is the natural basis of each of us; at our basic core lays peace. However, at the basic core also lays that push, that spark, that creativity which propels things forward. Just as there is both yin and yang, there is both peace and action. Without that sense of action, where would we be? Where would our imagination paint its canvass, where would the inventor build, where would the athlete train themselves to be the physical perfection of God in man? There is a rhythm in your body, can you feel it? The heart beats, bump, bump, the breath inhales and exhales, the muscles contract and then release. All of life is like that. Pulse: open and close; action and inaction; life and death. Are you inhaling or exhaling today? Are you working or playing? Are you pushing or releasing? It is all good; I repeat it IS ALL good. Life and even death; gain and even loss; love and even the loss of it. Bump bump; the pulse continues. . .
