You have felt disappointment and pain. Everyone has been hurt or ridiculed in the past; they have been disappointed by others actions or felt betrayed. We often hold onto things that do not serve us: memories, words of love, rejection, or painful scenarios. We store them in every cell of our bodies like dirt in a sponge. Let the spring rains wash this out for you. Use your tears if you have to. Clean yourselves up so you can better show an unbiased and unconditional form of love and forgiveness to the world around you. The past is gone – don’t let it hurt your present by hanging around in your body/mind/spirit. Step outside, naked and vulnerable in the rain. Ask to be washed of this old, so that new can emerge. Feel the freedom that blossoms when you do.
