I know you are afraid – most people are. Most animals are afraid, to some extent. Fear may be seen as a primitive trait, but that does not mean we have to let it sit with us; that does not mean we have to let it consume our thoughts, deplete our energy, harden our hearts. Fear can be viewed just as a warning device for emergency or emergent situations. When it comes up and it points out something we need to take action on, acknowledge it and decide if and when and what action you plan to take and then let go of the fear. Don’t let it upset your body and make you sick. It is there to protect your body, not to harm it, by holding on to stress and unfounded repetitive thoughts. Use fear as a helper (and don’t even call it fear, just let it be a knowing) not as a master. It should be a tool not a disease. You have control over your emotions; more than you think you do. Release the fear by turning it into love. If you love all situations, then you can live more in harmony with them and the fear dissipates. Love is the antidote for fear, as it is the antidote for so many things. When you can love your “situations” they will resolve easier, because you’ve just injected the situation with good, accepting, flowing, loving energy. Fear creates blocks, and love creates flow. Love it, love it, love all of it, and your life will flow more freely and with less and less fear.
