We all have something to say.  We all have a basic human right for self expression.  I like apples but I don’t care for avocado; I prefer a quiet setting versus the bustle of a city; I find you attractive.  Self expression is great for allowing us to develop as individuals.  But what if we’ve become, in general, too individualistic?  The more we say I like this, I do that, the less we say, how do you feel; what I can I do to help you today.  During these times of media explosion, you may want to take notice of how much you are putting out (I, I, me, me, me) as compared to how much you are letting in (you, we, us).  Allow balance in your exchanges as you would find balance in all parts of your life.  Yin and yang, give and take, me and you.  There is time for it all.
