The sun shines – it is a constant. It is just that on some days, we don’t see it. It is not the sun’s fault – it is shining. It is just being obstructed by clouds or rain. The flow of energy , or chi, is like the sun: it is constant. But sometimes we don’t feel it because it becomes blocked – by our own devises – by our own clouds (fear) and rain (tears). Walls are put up around our hearts, our minds are closed or scattered, our bodies are diseased, and most importantly our chakras are blocked. Concentrate on your chakras each day by breathing in and out; asking for all that does not serve you to go out of your body, down through a grounding cord where it is cleansed or neutralized. Focus on your first chakra at the base of your spine and imagine the color red. Imagine the sun above you is blocked by clouds but the clouds part, just a little, and a beam of light shines through the clouds and shines on your first chakra, illuminating it. Inhale clarity and exhale all the inky dark spots out of this chakra. Imagine the darkness, or shadows, to go down through the grounding cord and down into mother earth, where they are cleansed. Repeat for the second chakra (keeping the first one lit), and then continue repeating until you’ve completed them all: first at the base of your spine; second below your belly button; third below your breast bone; forth at your heart; fifth at your throat; sixth at your forehead; seventh above your head. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, golden/white. There are also chakras at your feet, knees, hips. Spend some time each morning to light yourself up energetically. And may the chi be with you and in you; flowing smoothly and constant.
