Anxiousness in the body/mind/spirit can propel you forward in that you will do things to make the anxiousness go away (i.e. complete a task, make a dreaded phone call).  But most likely, the anxiousness will remain and you probably won’t complete the task anyway (instead you’ll just be forever anxious about it).  What can we do in that case?  We talk about living in the flow:  allowing the universe to provide for our every wish and desire knowing our needs will be fulfilled in divine order.  Not many can pull this off; not to the extent where it would be effective – though it is worth a try.  But trying is not enough; like Yoda says “not try; DO.”  Can you step into this way of living – this ”try not but DO”?  Resign to walk your path guided by source . . . not many would even want to, for it takes the “I” out of the equation and most people are attached to their “I” factor.  Breathe in and out.  Feel a sense of Being.  Sit in your BE-ing.  What do you want; what do you need?  Get to a place through meditation that you don’t want or need anything.  Wait for it; it will come eventually.  Connection – success: you are now a part of source.  Ask for guidance and take your steps while staying present and accounted for.  What will you have me know today?  What shall I do?  Let the source pave the way for these actions, like illuminating you in such a way that you project light around you, ahead of you, behind you.  Now you can walk safely and effectively, for you are walking in the light.  Anxiousness vanishes while you are in the here/now; in the flow.
