There are all kinds of people in this world – just like there are a variety of birds. We have so many different kinds of birds here: birds of different colors and sizes. Some are song birds and some are hard working birds; some are scavengers, while others are picky eaters; some migrate great distances, while others stay home to roost. It doesn’t matter what kind of bird you are; don’t waste your time trying to fit into the mold of a bird family or species (or human family or species). The best thing about being a bird, being you, is that you can do what you feel driven to do – you can go with your instincts. Or you can rest gliding on a lake, or sing to your heart’s desire. Others will try to group you. That is not your job. Your job is just to soar.
