You don’t need anyone to make you happy. Happiness comes from within you – your perception or take on the joy of living, therefore, you never need to wait around for something or someone to be happy; all you need to do is adjust your point of view and direct it more to “happy” and away from frustrated, confused, concerned. All it takes is a minor adjustment; all it takes is a new perspective or point of view. If you say you’ve tried to change your perspective but that really hasn’t changed your happiness factor, let’s try again. Breathe deeply; allow all the energy that you’ve stored in your body, that does not serve you, to drain from your body, down into mother earth where it is cleansed. Do it again. Now do it again. After those energies exit, start bringing in some happy. Pet your dog, give him a bath, run around the yard with him. Tickle your children or grandchildren or nieces or nephews or anyone close to you. It doesn’t matter if they are 30 years old, just do it. Get on a bicycle and ride; buy an ice cream cone. If you don’t have anyone to tickle or chase around the yard or ride a bike with, go to a public place and enjoy those children and dogs around you. Be kind to them, for their “owners” may not be practicing being happy and your happiness work may help diffuse some negativity happening in their dynamic. If you still can’t connect with anyone in such a setting, don’t feel you will never connect. You don’t need other people to be happy. Sit on a rock in nature or anywhere outdoors. Listen. Birds are singing; sing back. Bees are humming; hum back. The earth is pulsing; the waves are rocking you to sleep. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. Keep allowing the earth energy to fill you up and remember to let the negative energies drain from your body as often as you see fit. Blessings and love to all.
