Where do you go during dreamtime?  You go to a physical state where rest and rest-oration of the body can occur.  There your cells are rejuvenated and homeostasis returns.  This occurs in the brain activity as well.  Sorting and storing of impressions take place.  New connections are made so that ah ha moments can take place.  We are bombarded by much “static” during the day that our sleep-time is kept busy trying to clean and clear ourselves at night.  We don’t need all this static and it is actually a detriment to our body temple.  How much harder it is to come back to homeostasis when one has to process so much nonsense?  Our sleep-time can be a time where we gain great insight into where we’ve been, and where we are going, through dreams and impressions and ah ha moments.  These are more difficult to come by when we are using all our rest trying to shell off all the over-stimulus we allowed ourselves during the day.  Meditate during the day to allow more rejuvenation at night.  Avoid harsh and static-like influences so you can be cleaner and clearer.  Enjoy the day so you can enjoy the night.  Each moment counts – awake or asleep or in between; make them wonder-full.
