Keep yourself as balanced as possible, but when you are riding “an extreme” just be aware that you are doing so.  If you are uncomfortable there, don’t blame the extreme, just try to get closer to your more balanced state, slowly and carefully please.  What step can I take, you may ask, to become more to the middle?  Take that step if you choose to and then repeat, repeat, repeat.  Or just ride the extremes without fear or judgment but with an openness for learning and growing.  Just know too that your extreme may be uncomfortable to others who prefer the middle – so, no judgment there either.  Good luck riding the waves.
