We are all one. You feel pain and heartaches, but can you imagine, others “feel your pain?” There are others who can, you know, and if they can’t feel your pain, directly, they can feel it from the waves of energy flowing through the super conscious; in the ethers. If you have these emotions, it is best to clear them out of your mind, heart and body and out and down into mother earth where they will be cleansed. The more you clear out of all your old hurts and pains, the more you can direct sweet love and forgiveness to all around you. Really lighten up those you touch; brighten up the ethers. A kind gesture, and loving touch, even a kind word or tip of the hat, can go a long way. Don’t be afraid to be the match that lights the fire that spreads throughout the land. Yes, some may squelch the flame when it gets to them and therefore the torch passes no further, so keep doing it: keep lighting up the hearts of those around you. We need this. We need this NOW.
