All days are special – don’t wish them away as you “count down” to something better – for what could be better than right now?  Making the best of right now is the goal and I’m not meaning to just make it tolerable – how about making it spectacular?  A deep inhale can get you “back into your body” to feel the now; a yoga stretch, a song, a laugh.  Of course we can’t always sing allowed or do yoga (if you are at work or at a funeral) but you can breathe and feel it and be grateful for each breath, and you can sing from your heart:  “Thank You, I Love You, All is Well, All is Well.”
