When you feel confused, stop what you are doing and ground.  Pause and breathe and let the energies that do not serve you go out of your body down through a grounding chord (at the base of your spine or imagine there are roots, like a tree, coming out the bottoms of your feet) down into mother earth, where they are cleansed.  You need to ground your energy so that you come back in your body, basically, and get out of your head or down from the ethers.  When you are grounded you will feel less confused because you will feel the earth’s heartbeat – the heartbeat of the mother.  You will feel the life force of the living creatures around you, and your energy will again be linked up or plugged into the source, and things will flow smoothly.  Energies are changing quickly these days so it is good to ground often each day; anytime you are feeling off-kilter.  Do this after being in large crowds or in places that scatter your energy.  Bless all those around you but take time to take care of yourself by grounding and allowing other people’s energy to leave your body so you can make clear decisions.  You can do this by jogging too or walking in nature or doing yoga or meditation.  Take deep breaths, stay in your body, and stay in the circumstances you put yourself into.  Blessings to you this holiday weekend.
