Push and pull, give and take, force and release, dark and light, power and love: we live in a world of yin and yang. It takes the complete yin/yang circle to create life. Life is not easy – it is dynamic. It takes a volcano to make rock and build new earth upon where there was none before. It takes fire to crack open the great pinecone of the giant fir tree; it takes a hurricane to cool and wash mother earth. When there is great yang energy around you – what do you do? You can mimic it and build up the fire inside your heart and inside your core. Or you can practice some yin energy in the form of release and acceptance. Whatever you decide to do – know that it is okay – know that all is how it should be. For life on planet earth is dynamic and it sometimes takes a hurricane to wash love clean.
