When you feel lost and forsaken, ask and breathe.  Close your eyes and ask for guidance.  Close your eyes and take your focus to your heart-space.  Feel it as you breathe in and out.  What do you want – what is your true desire?  Do you know the steps you need to take to get there?  Do you really need to get anywhere?  All this can be found in your heart-space (not in your head-space or on your computer or even in the advice of a friend – it is in your heart and your connection to the divine (God) energy, where your answers lie).  Sometimes there are no answers and just that feeling that everything “is” and that “is” is okay – is enough to warm our hearts to get us through the day.  Ask the questions; feel the answers.  Take the time and go inward – your answers or understandings or comfort is there.  If you don’t know what questions to ask or where to start, you can simply ask to be guided by the light:  what would you have me know today?  What would you have me do today?  And stay focused in your heart-space for the answers.
