You are unique. There is no one like you! Don’t worry if you are too much of this or not enough of that – you are you. Of course there is always room for improving how we react with the world (can I be more relaxed, loving, fearless) but that essence of you that was brought into the world on that special day of your birth is a creation from the divine infinite forces, or God. You are a manifestation of God – celebrate this fact! Wow, God, thank you for these funny feet, thank you for my ability to play the piano, thank you for my sense of humor, thank you for my skin, hair, teeth, nose, arms, legs, hands, keep going . . . thank you for this day; thank you for my family; thank you for my dog; thank you, thank you, thank you.
