Take time to work on yourself. Each morning, when you wake, tell yourself how much you appreciate all your attributes: your healthy body, your centered mind, your hopeful and joyous heart. Then throughout the day, ask yourself, what can you do to improve upon your persona? If you’ve always wished to be braver, think of how that would look to you, what you could do to convince your body/mind/soul how brave you really are. Step into that example of bravery – if that is what you want to do. How about love . . . do you feel you would like to be more loving or in a more committed relationship? What would that look like for you right now -what step could you take to meet the universe half way? Then take that step with firm intentions, no expectations, and an open heart. We are all a work in progress. Keep working on yourself so that you can be a healthier, happier you.
