For everything there is a reason . . . and if there isn’t, just make one up. There has to be a lesson there somewhere for you; a reminder about how we can adjust ourselves to be a bit kinder, gentler, loving (or even self loving). There is always something we can learn from our experiences – however harsh they may come across. And if we can look at these situations and occurrences more as lessons and less as “this is what he/she did to me – wo is me”, the more we can embrace our day to day reality and reclaim it too, with the understanding of “this is my life – which is happening for me, not to me” (as LEOTHA would say). This is your house, your stage, for which to learn and grow and evolve. All the players are there for you and have something to teach you.
