There is much here to feel good about. When you are feeling low, focus on one of these things to improve ”where you are at” to a more elevated place. Let your mind wonder and then stop on those things that are special to you: babies and kittens and daisies and clouds; giraffes and elephants and canyons and rivers. These natural things, these beautiful things, will elevate your mood and take it from where you got stuck to a higher place. Possibly you were being too bombarded with images of the unnatural and the not so beautiful: violence and traffic and things chaotic can all drop down your vibration and even jumble up your brain signals. Things that don’t make sense keeps running back and forth in your head as the mind continues to try to make sense of it, but it won’t, so let’s move on: green grass and pastures and ocean waves and dew drops – the mind likes these images better – there is a calming orderliness about them. Lucky are those who have pets they love and those who have the ability to break-up their day by walking in nature. Their minds recalibrate to beauty and love and they can return to a higher vibrational space quickly. One can also return to this space through yoga and meditation or by conducting an act of generosity and kindness. We are bombarded with a lot that is chaotic these days. Take time (it is not selfish to do so) take time to focus on things you love – you will live longer if you do.
