Promises are made and oftentimes broken: the intentions of the promise do not become manifest in the physical. This happens oh so easily here on planet earth because we are here to learn the spiritual/mental/heart lessons while existing on the physical plane. Our job is not to judge the soul who made intentions and fell short on actualization. Our job is to live each moment in the physical, while being connected to our hearts and our divine presence. Breathe in and out of your heart and say thank you to your higher power for the chance to play in the physical today. Bring in feminine energy from mother earth by imagining energy rising up through your feet. At the same time, call down energy from above, from the cosmos or heavenly source, by imagining energy coming down through your crown chakra at the top of your head. Watch the energies converge and saturate every cell in your body.
