Everything is just fine. Breathe in and out and enjoy the fact we are here in this place right now. There must be something wonderful about where you are right now. Even if it is one of the worst positions you’ve been in, in your entire life: nursing a sick child, a parent close to death, battling your own illness – there is something wonderful there too, I bet. Be present in the now as you work through tough situations and that presence will help you see the wonder of the moment: a bird chirps at you, a butterfly lands near you, a small child holds out their hand to comfort you. We are all in this together. If you stop and breathe and look around, you will see the dynamic of the ever flowing life. Allow yourself to receive and with humility and gratitude you will be surprised at what shows up for you. All you have to do is just be.
