All is well, my friends, even if your heart is breaking.  It is okay to cry and release that which causes you pain.  Pain is just a signal from your body that something has got to give (OR that in order for your body and mind to return to homeostasis something would need to change).  Mental anguish, depression, and anxiety, is all pain in the mental body.  It’s the same type of signal as your aching foot.  Sit with it, talk to it, talk to your higher-self and dig around in there.  Why are you hurting?  What can be done about it?  Who have you been angry at and who needs forgiving?  We are all suffering, my friend, and could all use a hug from the divine.  Open yourself up to ask and you shall receive.  Open your heart to forgiveness and acceptance and allowance and you will receive the peace you seek.
