Talk is cheap; oh so cheap – especially when one is talking from one side of their mouth and acting from the other. Actions should go with words and both should be led by intentions. However, that often is not the case; sometimes our mouth gets the best of us and jumps in front of our actions and our intentions and causes a mighty mess. Breathe and ground before you speak. Make each word impeccable and give it merit. Allow the love in your body/mind/spirit to lead your intentions, your actions, your words. Allow the divine source (love) to keep you “in check” with all you do. To help with this, allow the heart chakra to glow a brilliant crystal green color by imagining the sun shining on your chest, and like The Grinch, your heart grows and grows, one thousand times bigger than before! The light moves down into your lower chakras, as well as spreading throughout your chest, arms and back, and moving into your throat area (so you speak from the heart), and your head (so you think from the heart), and have it build up so greatly that it breaks out from the top of your skull and pours down around your body and cleanses your aura field. While this is happening, more and more light continues to shine into your heart and you continue to lighten and brighten. Even your feet are bathed in this crystal green color now; even your feet will walk in love! Your hands will work in love (to build something brilliant, or to hug a child or care for a dying friend).
