How much can you let go?  How much can you release?  What if you stopped holding onto all that you think you need to hold onto – what would happen then?  Do you think you would fall apart and or fly away?  Do you really think you need to hold onto all your “stuff?”  Some people see the futility of holding onto past hurts and pains.  Some release their attachment to people, places and things.  Some release their needs and wants and FEAR.  You may say – if I release all of these things then how will I define myself – who then will I be?  And I say . . . you’ll be free.
